Steven E. Goren practices plaintiff's personal injury law, malpractice, and class action litigation. He has achieved many large financial recoveries for his clients. He has a national reputation.  He is licensed in both Michigan and Ohio, and has litigated cases with co-counsel in numerous other states nationwide. Mr. Goren is a past Chairperson for the American Trial Lawyer Association (now American Association of Justice) litigation group on CRPS and RSD.  He has litigated CRPS/RSD cases in more than a dozen states.  He also has successfully handled both state and national class actions, and settled one of the largest class action cases ever brought under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. And, he achieved the largest medical malpractice verdict ever in Lapeer County.

Mr. Goren graduated Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1984.  Mr. Goren has been an adjunct processor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He has contributed to several legal books, including Torts: Michigan Law and Practice (2d ed 2000 & Cum Supp), Michigan Causes of Action Formbook (1996 & Cum Supp) and A Practical Guide to Depositions (1998). He has lectured for the Michigan Judicial Institute, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Michigan.  He serves on ICLE's Litigation Advisory Board and has written articles about Michigan personal injury law for the Michigan Bar Journal, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association Newsletter, the General Practitioner and Michigan Lawyers Weekly. He is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Executive Board.

Mr. Goren has achieved Martindale Hubbell's top "AV" rating, was included in Law and Politics' list of "Superlawyers," and is listed in Marquis' Who's Who in America and Who's Who In American Law.

Bradley B. Harris

Bradley B. Harris was born and raised in metropolitan Detroit. He went to the University of Michigan, where he graduated from the College of Literature, Science and the Arts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.

He studied law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 1997. While attending law school, he was a member of many organizations including the prestigious Frank Murphy Honor Society.

Since becoming a member of the bar, Mr. Harris has earned a reputation as a champion for the rights of individuals. His practice includes personal injury cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and other acts of negligence. Additionally, he handles disability and auto insurance disputes. He has been involved in many million dollar recoveries - including a recent million dollar settlement involving a trucking accident.

Mr. Harris has a particular interest in motor vehicle accidents causing brain injuries and has successfully resolved numerous cases where his clients' brain injury was being questioned by the defense.

Robert Goren

Robert Goren graduated with honors from Wayne State University Law School near the top of his class. He helped found the Law Review at Wayne State, and was its first managing editor. In 1969 he won a personal injury lawsuit in Wayne County Circuit Court which was, at the time, the largest personal injury verdict ever in the state of Michigan. More recently, he achieved one of the largest dram shop settlements in the state of Michigan against a bar for wrongfully serving alcohol to a drunken patron.

He has been appointed to represent the State Attorney General's Office in uninsured motorist cases. He has been the chairman of the Oakland County Bar Association subcommittee regarding relations between the medical profession and the Bar Association.

He has spoken at numerous Michigan Trial Lawyer Association educational meetings, has achieved Martindale Hubbell's top "AV" rating, and is listed in Who's Who in American Law, as well as in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Robert Goren retired in 2005.
